For your convenience we offer in-house branding. The following serves as information on each process:
A logo is exposed onto a metal plate that sits in an inkwell containing the spesified ink colour – and a pad/stamp then stamps onto the metal plaque and fransfers the image/logo on the plate onto the product. Each colour is a seperate and individual process. The ideal solution for small plastic items, and some metal items. We offer up to a 2 colour print for this solution.
A logo is exposed onto a mesh screen – ink is placed onto the screen and by using a squeegee your logo is “wiped” with this squeegee onto the desired product. each colour is printed on-at-a-time and for each colour the setup and process is repeated – accurate registration is essential. this process is ideal for most material/leather products. We offer up to a 6 colour print for this solution.
A logo is etched onto a product using a laser beam – producing the desired logo with very precise accuracy. The laser “burns” off the top layer of the metal product exposing the underlying material – the “colour” of the engraved logo will depend on the underlying material i.e. an aluminium product will have a white/light silver engraved effect and a product with a copper material with have a gold/brownish finished effect. Suitable branding solution for most metal items.
CO2 Laser Engraving:
A logo is etched onto a product using a CO2 laser – producing the desired logo with very precise accuracy. The laser “burns” off the top layer of the product exposing the underlying material. Suitable branding solution for most organic (wooden) and leather items.
Full Colour Stickers:
This is digitally printed, in full-colour, onto an adhesive vinyl and cut into any desired shape. This is a cost-effective solution for a full colour logo and can only be applied to a flat or slightly curved surface.
This is a full colour sticker that is coated in a resin to give it a 3 dimensional “bubble” appearance, and is ideal for a full colour finish on a logo that might not replicate as well using any other printing technique.
